Terms and Conditions

Starting Dates: Courses (except for individual classes) start every Monday (except for holidays and Italian bank holidays.). Beginner courses start every 2 weeks.

Registration is accepted until 10 days before the beginning of the course.

Prices: The prices of courses include all teaching materials, internet access, the certificate of attendance and various free extra activities.

Age: In order to register as a student at Ovit, you must be at least 18 years old.

Enrolling on courses: Enrolling on Ovit courses involves three stages:

1. Registration:

- Fill in all parts of the registration form .

- In order to enrol, you must pay 40% of the total course in advance, by means of money order, bank draft or bank transfer.

- Complete here or send the application form, completed in all parts, with proof of payment and a photocopy of your passport via email (info@ovitmilano.com), via fax (+39 (0)2 40 04 08 95) or at the following address: Ovit s.n.c., Via Lambro 4, 20129 Milan, Italy.

- If you choose to pay by bank transfer, include a photocopy of your receipt as proof of payment.

2. Confirmation:

- As soon as we receive your registration form and deposit payment, Ovit will contact you via mail, email or fax. The confirmation will include your course reservation and the details of your accommodation, including the name, phone number and address of your hotel or service flat. Once you have received this confirmation, you can choose to pay the remaining balance (course minus the deposit) before you arrive, or pay within the first two days of your course.

3. Payment of Balance

- If you choose to pay the balance before your arrival, you must pay 5 days before the beginning of the course. Payment can be made by money order or bank draft. The decision to pay the full cost of the course before your arrival entitles you to the following discounts: 60 days in advance: 5% off the total fee of the course.

- If you choose to pay the balance after your arrival in Italy, payment must be made at the school office within the first two days of the course.

Cancellation

- General and group courses:

1. If the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the first day of class, Ovit will refund any advance payments, withholding 30.00 euros only, which will be used to cover administrative costs and will not be returned in any case, or it will be possible to use the amount paid for a postponed course in the same calendar year.

2. If the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the first day of class (up to a day before the course), the deposit will not be returned, but it will be possible to use the amount paid for a postponed course in the same calendar year.

3. If the cancellation is made after the course has already started, Ovit will not refund any payment, the student will be in any case obliged to pay the entire course and will not be entitled to use the payment of the course for other courses in the future.

- Individual courses:

For individual lessons, if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the lesson, a new lesson will be scheduled without losing the amount of the lesson.

Accommodations: Ovit can help the student find accommodation, but all reservations, payments and contracts are to be made directly with hotels, or housing owners.

Insurance: We recommend you to provide yourself with a medical insurance before your arrival in Milan.
